How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, please log into your account here.

If you have not registered for an account, you can do so here using the email address associated with your most recent order.

What should I do if I haven't received an order confirmation?

If you are unable to locate your order confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail. If you still are unable to locate the email, please contact us at help@studiohalia.com.

Can I cancel my order?

You cannot cancel your order yourself, but we can of course help you. If you wish to request a order cancellation, please contact us at help@studiohalia.com.

Please note that the order can only be canceled before it has been processed and shipped. After that, we cannot guarantee a cancellation.

You will not need to pay any extra duties or taxes at delivery.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.

We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you and the refund will be denied.

Please note:

• U.S. customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.

• International customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs and a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipment.

• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment made.

Once your return is delivered, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please contact us at help@studiohalia.com about any damaged or defective items with accompanying photos within a 7-day period from the date of purchase.

Gently wipe the piece with a cotton or microfiber cloth to remove any debris, oils, or sweat. Avoid abrasive cleaners or chemicals. If needed, lightly dampen a cloth with mild soapy water and pat dry. 

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

WHO IS INES ALPHA?

Ines Alpha is a renowned digital artist based in Paris, France. Since 2016, she has been pushing the boundaries of beauty, using advanced 3D software to develop her own signature style of 3D makeup that combines virtual and physical adornment. Entirely self-taught, she is a pioneer in the augmented reality design space, and her ethereal expressions are defining a new future for the beauty industry.

WHERE DO I TAP TO PAIR?

Look for the green dot on your product and hold it near or run it across the top back edge of your phone. This may take a few attempts so we suggest holding it for a few seconds in each of these areas: back top right; back top center; and back top left until you get a successful pair/tap.

CAN I PAIR MULTIPLE DEVICES WITH THE APP?

Yes, however you can only have one device paired at a time.

WEB3 / STUDIO HALIA TOKEN

What is web3?

Web3 is the third generation of the World Wide Web (WWW), which involves direct immersion into the digital world. Web3 is built upon the core concepts of decentralization, openness, and greater user utility.

What is blockchain?

Blockchain is a decentralized and immutable digital ledger that records transactions across a network of computers. Most popular examples include Etherium (ETH), Bitcoin (BTC), and Polygon (MATIC), to name a few.

What is a digital token?

Digital collectibles are NFTs (non-fungible tokens). Their creator, value, ownership, and access rights can be traced through smart contracts recorded on the blockchain.

What is “minting”?

Minting means converting digital data into digital assets (tokens) recorded on the blockchain network.

What is a smart contract?

Smart contracts are contracts which rely on blockchain technology. What makes such a contract smart is its ability to self-execute with code that automatically enforces and executes predefined terms when certain conditions are met.

What is AR?

Augmented Reality (AR) is an interactive real-time experience that combines the real world and computer-generated visual elements, sounds, and other stimuli.

What is my STUDIO HALIA token?

When you pair your device to your account, you will be able to mint a STUDIO HALIA Token, which is used as a decentralized extension of your STUDIO HALIA profile. Users who already have an existing wallet for Polygon NFTs may opt to receive their token there and users who do not will have the opportunity to create one. The information stored on the token will be a profile picture associated with your interactions and can be updated in the app. The token itself will not be transferable or sellable, it is an extension of your STUDIO HALIA profile.

If I return my physical item, what happens to my STUDIO HALIA token?

If you decide to return your connected wearable, your STUDIO HALIA Token will be burnt (sent to a null wallet address to permanently remove it from circulation) in the process. If a new device is connected to the account you will be able to mint another STUDIO HALIA token.
